Mid-Summer Classic

To register for the Mid-Summer Classic Lacrosse Tournament you will need to follow the next four steps:

REGISTRATION:

Summer Tournament:

First, confirm your team directly with Jason Miller: millerj1@stjohns.edu, 718-990-5599, or Chris Gabrielli: cgabrielli@duaa.duke.edu, 919-668-5756. Confirmation of team will only come from Jason Miller or Chris Gabrielli.

Fall Tournament:

Confirm your team directly with Greg Cannella: cannella@admin.umass.edu, 413-545-3782.

PAYMENT:

Make checks payable to Mid-Summer Classic LLC. and mail directly to the address below:

A non-refundable deposit of $600 per team is due by January 15, 2010. Full payment will need to be received by June 1, 2010.

ROSTERS:

Third, fill in the MidSummer_Roster Excel spread sheet (MidSummer_Roster.xls) with your roster and please make sure all of the information is accurate and complete.

The completed excel file should be emailed to info@midsummer-classic.com with the SUBJECT: ROSTER. Complete rosters (all fields filled out) should be emailed by 5:00pm Tuesday the week of the tournament. MidSummer Classic is not responsible for mistakes in rosters or late rosters missing from the recruiting packet.

WAIVERS:

Last, make copies of the Mid-Summer Classic Lacrosse waiver form (Waiver.pdf) for EVERY player on the team. Each player must have this waiver completed and signed before the first game of competition. Waivers will be turned in together at the tournament site.
